Penis cu legume
Penis cu legume (English translation, penis with vegetables) was a posting trend on the OKPR server during September 2023. It consisted of using a Discord bot command from NotSoBot#9555[1] that begins with .img which returns the image results of a search parameter using a search engine. The image in question contains a piece of chicken meat shaped like a human penis.

The image was published in 2013 on a WordPress blog hosted by a man named Dan Caragea.[2] The blog is about a Chinese woman who cannot live without seeing the male genital organ, even in her food. That's why she decided to open a restaurant where all food served contains meat resembling the organ. It is said she models them manually using a special matrice.

On September 6, 2023, server member drr04, nicknamed "Gelujak", sent the message ".img penis cu legume" in #bucuresti-general, to which the bot gave the following image:
Due to the comedic value many members thought that the image holds, it has started to be rapidly appreciated by the community and accordingly nearly spam-posted across the server. This eventually led to server admin RT banning the posting of the image in any way and handing out timeouts to the disobeyers of this rule. However, the rule only applied to "penis cu legume", variations have never been blacklisted, which led to the discovery of other similar images, like "penis cu paine" (in English, penis with bread) or "paste cu penis" (in English pasta with penis), likewise posted on Dan Caragea's blog.

Liga Pulatră (a wordplay of Liga Mulatră and pulă, the Romanian for dick) is a server dedicated to the fight against the censorship of the phallic images. Founded by Gelujak, its main purpose was to stop RT's deletion of the "penis cu legume" pictures by any means. Although many people were unsatisfied with the files deletion, only a few people joined, including the owner and co-owner of the OKPR server, Mihailul and Relu. Following a few discussions, it was decided to initiate a spam of .img penis cu legume bot commands and propaganda images and gif specially made for this event, at September 29, at 20:00 EEST.
Two days later, the spam began, lasting for a few minutes.
Aftermath[edit | edit source]
On September 29 2023, a new channel #dan-caragea-fan-club was added to the server, specifically made to hold the above-mentioned images.
