Edward is a member and administrator of the OkPrietenRetardat community. He is known in the community as being a tech-savvy guy, and is often helping others with any problems they may have with their computers. His profile picture is a mysterious combination of seemingly random colours that he claims have an order. Many have made speculations, but none have been addressed as he refuses to answer this one strange question.
Beginnings[edit | edit source]
Edward's first contact with OKPR was when he saw it mentioned in a comment on the r/romemes subreddit. Already having followed irony subreddits such as OkBuddyRetard and ArabFunny, he was immediately intrigued and made his first post in March of 2021. Soon after, he joined the OKPR v2 Discord server, where he remained mostly inactive except for bumping the server on Disboard.
Early involvement[edit | edit source]
On 1 April 2022, Reddit opened its r/place event, and Edward, along with existing members and admins, contributed significantly to the creation of the Romanian troll face on the canvas. Ever since, he has been an active member in the OKPR community, making several more submissions to the subreddit and being active in the chats of the Discord server.
Current state[edit | edit source]
Following his contributions to the community, such as suggestions, bots (rietenpetardat) and generally being a good person overall, Edward was promoted to moderator and eventually admin. Additionally, he owns some spin-off servers: OKPR Media and OKPR Game Studios.
