Systroph (also known as Conroy72, DirectResturant4, or Lysonel) is a Republican homosexual furry who is most well known for grooming minors and being a zoophile. He is the founder of Furry Irony as well as a former OkBuddyRetard subreddit mod. One of the most universally hated people in the irony community.

Rumors spread that he had an overdose (according to Phantho, he always wanted to have one) and passed away afterwards. After making contact with him in September of that year, Phantho confirmed those rumors to be untrue.
