Keempa is a Kevinian-Gondalian council member in the current server, Holy Gondal Empire. He was a Congressman in Gondal: From The Ashes, best known for owning the Gondal News twitter account that was mostly used for propaganda in the Joe v.s. Trollmaster election. He was also the namesake of the "Kevinia" discord servers.
Keempa is a very secretive man about his real life and any information about him. Inconsistencies in his backstory leads to further speculation as to who "Keempa" truly is and was... He claims to be a Muslim, but this is unlikely as he calls himself "God". He frequently revealed the IPs of users and generally acted in unwholesome ways. He has also had many memorable alter-egos, such as Anthony Winkles. This is explored below.

Not much is known about Keempas life, but it has been confirmed that he is wanted as a war criminal in Russia for hiding Ukrainians in his attic during the early stages of the Russo-Ukrainian War. He is also wanted for his involvement in selling biological weapons, human experimentation, human trafficking, murder, money laundering, and posting gembait in Holy Gondal Empire.
Anthony Winkles Incident:[edit | edit source]
Anthony Winkles is known as Keempa's alter-ego. He lives in Oslo, Norway, and is occasionally seen with a Varg Vikernes shirt and listening to Burzum.
"Anthony once took over Keempa's account when we ignored him for like... 20 minutes, and he completely changed his profile, left all of our groups, and became... a new person!" - Greasebeast, took part and is the likely cause of the incident.
Not much else is known about Anthony Winkles, and there are no current records or documents proving that he has ever existed except word of mouth. This has caused it to become somewhat of a modern myth. He also has a 41 year old homosexual son, and due to having a homophobic past, he's had to accept him... what a faggot!
