Deep Fried Memes (DFM) is the official Discord server of r/deepfriedmemes. Created in 2017, is considered to be one of the first irony servers to exist, along with CringeAnarchy. Although the subreddit was set to private in October 2020, the Discord server continues to live on and is still fairly active to this day.

DFM 1

The Beginning

DFM 1 is the first iteration of the discord server dedicated to the subreddit /r/DeepFriedMemes, it was created on January 5th 2017 after Kirbizia asked the owner of the subreddit for permission to create an official discord.

The server lasted four months before being nuked by Cerkies. Thanks to mass server infighting and staff drama, after a lengthy discussion it was decided that the server would be nuked. A ban mass wave caused around 1500 users to be banned off the server instantly, and finally when there was about only 100 users left, on september 26th 2017, 7:30 EST. The DFM 1 server was officialy deleted.

DFM 2

DFM 2 is the second iteration of the discord server dedicated to the subreddit /r/DeepFriedMemes. TODO

DFM 3

DFM 3 is the third iteration of the discord server dedicated to the subreddit /r/DeepFriedMemes. It was created the 14th February 2018 and was eventally nuked by Frizmo on the 5th May of the same year, lasting in total almost 3 months.

DFM 4

DFM 4 is the fourth and current iteration of the discord server dedicated to the subreddit /r/DeepFriedMemes. It was created on May 5th 2018 by Reborn following Frizmo's nuke of DFM 3 that took place on the same day. Ownership was quickly transferred over to Hyperion before it opened to the public. Although the subreddit is now closed, the server is still open to this day and advertises itself through its Instagram account.
