Initially, it was a bare-bones HTML page, containing just the word "CACA!" followed by a "Privacy policy" stating that the IP address of the user is logged for "Anti-thought 1984 Romanian police and trolling". On 2 October 2023 this basic webpage would be replaced by a complete version[1] featuring an XMPP chat, a forum (created with the aid of mihaidevcloud aka Futăcilă), links to Discord and Reddit and a link to this wiki.
