The Whenthe Court was a system originally supposed to rule out bias from punishments, a mock up court.

The Court was made by the staff of the Whenthe server to prevent unfair punishments, most of the time bans. Many users were in favor of such addition to the server as it gave many representation they needed, any user who felt they were punished unfairly could seek a lawyer to represent them,[1]in which case a random Impractical Joker and above would be chosen to help a user be given justice that they deserved. Unfortunately the court system was abandoned as it was highly inactive and needed too much attention for just one small case. If it would have worked it certainly could have been one of the most unique aspects of the server.
