The Joke Closure was a temporary closure of the server during the history of Dogelore, where every channel was closed for about 14 hours.

During the Joke Closure, Baal pinged @everyone with a funny image of doge with a caption of "Please keep your voice down, my ears are very sensitive" in the #announcements channel.[1]

Users feared that perhaps this could have been a deliberate nuke plan, and the end of the second dogelore server, fortunately enough it was not nuked and everything returned to normal after the 14 hour time period, in order to bite some time, Myszak would create a temporary replacement server for Dogelore which amassed over 5 boosts and around 150 members in the span of just half of a day.
