OKPR v1 (November, 2020 - May 15, 2021)

Early history

On August 6, 2020, QuiXotiC (also known as Alex) created the subreddit r/okprietenretardat, the Romanian equivalent of r/okbuddyretard. Being one of the first Romanian ironic memes communities, it was intended to be a hub for shitposting and sharing ironic/post-ironic memes, which also include topics from Romanian society and culture. Thus, it became a rule of thumb to post and share Romanian-themed shitposts.

Beginning

Founded during November 2020, OKPR v1 was the first edition of the server, and gave the subreddit's community a chance to connect with eachother. Originally, it was created by another person while the subreddit had 900 members, with the purpose of celebrating the next milestone of one thousand Reddit members. QuiXotiC was invited, and server ownership was transferred to him. Messages on Reddit related to v1's creation are all deleted, so, presently, the original server creator and v1's exact creation date are unknown.

'Buci Mesi'

The term 'buci mesi' was created by Hiss27, when he created the image with messi showing his ass and thus from there, it was a long term mascot for the subreddit and the discord itself.

Deletion

In May 15th, a member of OKPR, HMK, known as HomemadeKetchup, started spamming gore images and scat images around the server, making it permanently deleted.

OKPR v2 (May 15, 2021 - August 27, 2022)

Creation of v2

After the deletion of v1, OKPR v2 was created by Alex, again.

Relu's Lego Ferrari

One day, Relu said that he bought his own Lego Ferrari, a dream that for him it was true. Some members stated that it will not come at his destination. After 4 months of waiting and spamming and crying like an annoying retard, his dream car came at his destination and spamming pictures and making unfunny memes of it in #bucuresti-general.

Deletion

On the 27th August 2022, a member of OKPR, PieSamuray, started posting on #bucuresti-general about leaked conversations and faces of Alex and his cousin, by asking her to 'send nudes' creating a huge conflicts and impact around the server.

From there, Alex had no choice but deleting the server itself, being panicked.

OKPR v3 (August 27, 2022 - present)

Creation of v3

After the founding of v3, Alex retired from ownership, 'making' Delu the new owner, by creating another server. PieSamuray also joined, but after another attempt of trying to spam in #bucuresti-general of v3, he was caught by the staff and permanently banned. Since then, the staff have made the new server a bit more organized.

Imprisonment in Vorkuta

Vorkuta is a 'jail' channel in OKPR v3, for members who broke the rules and majority of them can either stay temporarily or permanently, or pay the tax stated in #sentinte by farming trollcoins from Unbelievable Bot and paying the staff who jailed him or Mihai3, who has the role Comisar in Afaceri Interne .

OrthoSB's banwave/purge of 50+ members

OrthoSB believed the server was unsafe from people of WAGTHRO and random alternate accounts, stalking and noticing every action of every member and his, afterwards his senses of unsafety activated and banned more than 50+ inactive members. The purge was noticed by the rest of the staff and OrthoSB stated that it was the right decision for him. Since then, the members who've been caught in the banwave are still banned.

Thugposting in #bucuresti-general

Thug posting was a trend in OKPR which involved posting black men shaking their asses, Dreamybull or Nude Barber images and gifs deleting them after a few seconds or leave it be.

Some members found it funny, some didn't. After some time, some members were getting tired of it and thought that it got 'unfunny and repetitive', and created a conflict around the server. Even some of the staff members such as OrthoSB, Mihailul and Razvan5576 thought it was beginning to get unfunny. Since then, OrthoSB made a decision and added the rule that thugposting is now banned, and some members argued about it before. Thugposting is still banned to this day.

HMK and PieSamuray's raid

HMK and PieSamuray's raid was a little event, organised by two good old members, bypassing the bans with VPNs and spamming some more of Alex's doxxing. The attack was noticed and resolved by MTL, who banned both of them and purged the doxx rampage.

Deletion of the first #bucuresti-general and Chris's deletion.

On 11th November 2022, a member of the staff, Chris P. Bacon, deleted the first #bucuresti-general and kicked Relu and Balgoaca, because it was 'funny' for him.

Some of the members of the staff, especially Relu, were against it and Chris P. Bacon stated it as a sense of 'last trolling moment and a goodbye.' After this, Chris P. Bacon left the server, and deleted his Discord account.
