Dingus is a Westernized Serbian crack addict who frequently sends videos of himself in the Gondal: From The Ashes group chat threatening random people in his city with a brick. He has also helped Ukrainian counter-intelligence kill 10 vatniks, and is now criminally charged with "international terrorism" by the Russian government. This Dingus guy sounds like a HERO to me!
