'''The Joke Closure''' Was a Brief Period in which baal, an administrator of dogelore pinged everyone with a funny image and the server was closed down for about 14 hours.

== The Closure ==
Many users were scared of the server potentially Deleted.
During the Joke Closure, [[Baal]] pinged @everyone with a funny image of doge with a caption of "Please keep your voice down, my ears are very sensitive" in the #announcements channel.<ref>[https://irony.wiki/images/3/34/Image.png Screenshot of Baal's @everyone mention in announcements.]</ref>

Users feared that perhaps this could have been a deliberate nuke plan, and the end of the second dogelore server, fortunately enough it was not nuked and everything returned to normal after the 14 hour time period, in order to bite some time, [[Myszak]] would create a temporary replacement server for Dogelore which amassed over 5 boosts and around 150 members in the span of just half of a day.
But it did not, a certain user made a temporary replacement server. Which amassed 5 boosts and around 150 members, it was quite crazy.
