'''r/okbuddyretard''' was the first iteration of the Discord server associated with the [[OkBuddyRetard (subreddit)|r/okbuddyretard subreddit]], which had been created less than a month prior.

It is known for inspiring the creation of many now very popular offshoot servers, such as [[Dogelore]], [[Whenthe]], and [[Bruhmoment]].

OkBuddyRetard 1 was created on January 3, 2018, while the subreddit was still very small. It was made by active members of the [[BoneHurtingJuice|r/BoneHurtingJuice Discord]], with [[Kirbizia]] being its first owner. According to [[Baljeet]], the server started becoming active in May of that year. Near the end of 2018, it was handed to a then-subreddit moderator [[LunarShadows]]. 

After [[Judy|Uhtred]]'s bot, [[Ohtred]], was hacked after its token was accidentally leaked, the server was nuked  on December 30, 2018, with every channel being deleted and many users banned.
