''Well, maybe? Who is truly to blame though? The US nuked Japan which objectively led to the cancer that is anime and its pornification. But, why did the US nuke Japan? Because Japan didn't surrender. Why did they not surrender? Well, they actually did want to surrender, but they didn't get the chance to surrender due to a lack of diplomatic options. They only surrendered to the USA as the USSR was literally about to capture most of Japan. Why? Because the USSR wanted as much land before the war was over. Why could they? Because Stalin was literally asked to attack Japan to force a surrender, not knowing if the atomic bomb would be enough. Asked by who? The allies in the west, mostly in Europe, simply because they had depleted forces. They obviously were depleted from the war. But why was there war? Because Germany had started war. But why? Because Europe forced them into economic depression after WWI. But why did that happen? The final drip was the assassination of Austro-Hungarian Ferdinand by Serbia, sparking alliance wars from both sides. He got assassinated for the ability to create larger land.
