DogeCraft

The Server

Dogecraft is a Vanilla Minecraft server hosted by Dogelore users, it has already went through four editions.

Dogecraft 1

The first Dogecraft was hosted by Tasni. Not much is known about it, as it happened three years ago already.

Dogecraft 2

The second Dogecraft was hosted by Ken4Lyfe, first starting off as an Aternos Server, moving to an actual good host later, a new, fresh server was announced on the 28th of December 2020. With four factions to choose from upon joining the Server, the Among Us faction, the Garfield faction, the Doge faction aswell as the Troll faction. The server also had a Custom Texture pack.

It was also advertised on the r/DogeLore subreddit.

Dogecraft 3

The third server was a failure and was largely overshadowed by WOID, the server that was a collaborative project of Ironyhub, Dogelore, OkBR4 aswell as Whenthe. Season 3 was also where the server struggled to even get enough funding. There was also a ton of Mod Abuse and overall, it was not fun. There was also a custom Dragon fight that largely was a big fail and it also made one of the Administrators, Ruby leave.

The server was closed with a bang and a Doomsday Event too.

Dogecraft 4

After the DogeCraft staff team decided that Woid was not a suitable option anymore for the server, they broke off from WOID, leaving just WOI. DogeCraft 4 was also announced.

It was generally just like Dogecraft 2, definetly more stable than the third edition. Though it did launch early and had a few bugs on the start, it was definetly in a better state than the third server. It took quite a long time to launch though.
