2/16 was the date of a "nuke" where Dyno was temporarily given permissions to ping @everyone. A new ?nuke command was added, where the user would say "?nuke" and then a number (or whatever text you felt like saying) and dyno would say "Banning users.... [number]/6700." As with many new commands, this was constantly being spammed. After a while, people realized that luq forgot to turn off the ability to ping @everyone. You can figure out what happened next.

The message from luq in the change log about the failed petition to remove the ?nuke command.

Something else funny happened relating to the ?nuke command. A little while after it was added, yours truly made a petition to remove it due to it being spammed and losing it's comedic value. This petition was met with almost unanimous disagreement. After the pinging stopped, users Caskain and Enzo Gorlami were oh so keen to point out the comedic situation that this whole kerfuffle could have been avoided if the petition passed.
