It's main gimmic is using subsequently bad memes and turning them funny by "amputating" a certain part of the image, in other non-medical terms, cropping the caption, or some other part of the meme without adding anything else to make it funny, just restricting it to cropping.

Memes that have been previously unfunny, but thanks to the use of cropping have been made into relatively entertaining pieces of meme media, without adding anything else of substance (Any other pictures, memes, etc.) into the aforementioned image.
