Federal Republic of Normandia
The Federal Republic of Normandia is a self-declared micronation located within the city of Tallinn, Estonia. It is bordered entirely by Estonia and is considered fictional, but it maintains a structured community, government, culture, and history.
Geography and Political Structure
Normandia claims several scattered micro-territories, all situated in northern Estonia. These are organized into five so-called "puppet states":

The abbreviation FRN stands for Federal Republic of Normandia. These states are not geographically connected but are recognized as parts of Normandia’s claimed territory.

Normandia is governed as a dictatorship, led by Supreme Leader Norman Helmuth Eiche. However, the nation also describes itself as a capitalist republic that respects human rights.

Military and Defense
Normandia claims one of the strongest militaries among micronations. It consists of several branches:
Navy Force – includes ships.
Air Force – operates RC planes and drones such as the B-17 (capable of holding 17kg) and B-35.
Defense Forces (The Oak Army) – ground forces.
Union Forces (The Liberal Army) – a voluntary national defense organization.

The official religion is Jaan, which is inspired by Christianity and includes its own version of a Bible-like book.

Normandia claims to have the strongest police department and secret agency among all micronations. These institutions are central to national security.
International Relations
Normandia is the founder of the RLTO — the Republican Liberal Treaty Organization — which functions similarly to NATO. It was established to allow micronations to assist one another during times of conflict.
