History
The server was created by smjsilm, aka Meme_Alt_Account on February 3, 2022. Initially the server was not created to become a shitposting or irony server. Most of the early days of the server were spent inactive and dead.
On May 9, 2022, the r/IDONTGIVEASWAG subreddit was born and the server was then repurposed to become the subreddits main server.
