+RVR ER2 was a cross server communication tool similair to Yggdrasils user phone, except with predetermined servers. It was developed by Dainis Koknese and Walter.
+Although RVR ER2 wasn't initially supposed to be a wiretapping tool, and instead was supposed to be the aforementioned cross server communication tool, War Room members insisted Dainis on making it wiretap messages from the mod chat in case the corrupt member of the mod team gets whacked.
