| Due to the comedic value many members thought that the image holds, it has started to be rapidly appreciated by the community and accordingly nearly spam-posted across the server. This eventually led to server admin RT banning the posting of the image in any way and handing out timeouts to the disobeyers of this rule. However, the rule only applied to "penis cu legume", variations have never been blacklisted, which led to the discovery of other similar images, like "penis cu paine" (in English, ''penis with bread'') or "paste cu penis" (in English ''pasta with penis''), likewise posted on Dan Caragea's blog.

Although many people were unsatisfied with the files deletion, only a few people joined, including the owner and co-owner of the OKPR server, [[RomanianMemer|Mihailul]] and [[Relu]]. Following a few discussions, it was decided to initiate a spam of <code>.img penis cu legume</code> bot commands and propaganda images and gif specially made for this event, at September 29, at 20:00 EEST.
