Message definition (Holy Gondal Empire)
On the 2nd day, it is simply a vice president vote. The nominees would include the vice presidents chosen by the party leaders, and the presidential run-ups who failed to be elected on the first poll. Similarly to the president poll, this poll will only have 1 winner. There is no guarantee that the elected vice president will be from the same party as the elected president, they may even be political rivals
