'''Peternity''' is a YouTuber and the founder of the [[Peternity|Peternity Discord server]].

On his YouTube channel (called Peter Griffin Explains The Joke prior to October 2019), he uploads memes and {{w|YouTube Poop|YouTube Poops}}. Other types of videos he makes include making fun of other YouTubers, or videos. His Q&A was very satirical, giving off the impression that he doesn't take YouTube very seriously, or has another job. The name Peternity is the words "Peter" and "eternity" put together, and in Peternity's words, the name has no real meaning other than that it just sounds cool. His second channel by the name of "More Peternity" is completely satirical, and doesn't revolve around memes as much.

The channel's former username is based on the meme where an additional panel is added to a humorous image with ''{{w|Family Guy}}'' character Peter Griffin explaining the joke. The meme gained significant spread in ironic meme communities in Autumn 2018 and reached mainstream attention in May 2019. It was changed in October 2019 due to the meme becoming stale.
