He was known for his flamboyant and dramatic personality, and also liked to 'collect' effeminate user roles given by the staff, garnering the nickname "The Gay Role Collector". In numerous cases, TacoCake was also a Designer of ratsex; sometime holding admin for months at a time before being demoted. TacoCake was also the main developer of Ariyana, that could be controlled by a user and interact with messages. The bot is still currently maintained by his friends.

At the beginning of 2023, his Discord and online presence began to severely decline, due his deteriorating health from battling brain cancer. He began leaving the server many times before joining back—First in January, then in February, and finally quitting permanently in March. Tragically, he passed away on June 1st, 2023 from his brain tumor, having been hospitalized for over 2 weeks.<ref>Ali's news of passing was delivered online by Jennifer, a friend who was in contact with his sister at the time.</ref>
