He is also known as Mr. Ruger, MCMLXVIII, and SH_UC. The name "Mr. Ruger" is lent from [[Lautaro|Mr. Cat]]. He joined the irony community on April 16 2021 but has been muted and banned in [[Peternity]] prior to 2021 for teaching children how to commit suicide and saying slurs.

Ruger is a highly mysterious character, claiming his age is 16 but he is likely only 11 years of age or younger. His presence is characterized by saying the N word multiple times despite being of Caucasian descent.

Ruger owns an image server, Retardedshit2, with 100 emotes and 15 stickers. Created on April 16, 2021, the server has gone inactive and most of the emotes no longer work due to the server loosing boost status.
