Burgundy was an Arabfunny (Discord Server) user. He was critical in the role of bringing down [[Hue jhanus]] during the fall of Arabfunny II and the rise of Arabfunny III. Burgundy also goes by his alter ego: [[Furgundy]].

Towards the end of Arabfunny II, Burgundy became known for two live action videos he posted of himself insulting Hue_Jhanus alongside calling for "TND."

== Arabfunny II ==

Burgundy was a relatively low level user, posting occasionally. When Hue_Jhanus became a moderator of the server, he quickly criticised Hue's actions in removing posts and memes making fun of Hue.
In response, two real life videos were made calling out Hue_Jhanus and various other moderators for their actions.
The first video shows Burgundy outside, wearing a skull mask and aviator sunglasses holding a pipe. The camera turns to show a graph of how Arabfunny has deteriorated and how it was all Hue's falt. The camera pans back to Burgundy who then calls for an uprising against the modstaff team. The second video is shorter and shows Burgundy once again wearing a skull mask and sunglasses, no longer with his pipe, now yelling racial slurs at Hue_Jhanus and how "TND will be initiated and Hue_Jhanus will be the first to go!"

He was shortly banned by Hue for these remarks.

== Arabfunny III ==

At the beginning of Arabfunny III, Burgundy made quick friends with the server owner, [[https://irony.wiki/wiki/Coronel9242|[Coronel]] making various edits for the server, one that documents a very oversimplified history of the late stages of Arabfunny II.

Coronel would grant Burgundy the role of moderator, he then enacted what he called a "purge" of Hue_Jhanus and [[https://irony.wiki/wiki/Subaru_Impreza_WRX_STI_2021|[Subaru]] due to their role in the destruction of Arabfunny II.
User [[https://irony.wiki/wiki/Dobry69|[Dobry69]] would later make an edit of the whole ordeal displaying both Coronel and Burgundy as well as other moderators, enacting a trial for both Hue and Subaru.

At some point, Burgundy created the account Furgundy to deal with the looming threat of a permanent ban from Discord. This ban came, and the entire account was swapped over to Furgundy.

Furgundy became the main account until late July of 2024 when he left the server after criticising Coronel for his overuse of moderator permissions, even labelling him as "The new Hue", such as removing criticism about himself.
Coronel has since made it his mission to remove any traces of Burgundy on the server due to his actions since.

He is currently in Irish prison, most likely for unironic terrorism charges.

The Arabfunny discord server is a community that was formerly related to the [[ArabFunny|r/ArabFunny]] subreddit, but split off. Over the years, the community has seen itself rise and fall, and created its own sort of culture.

== Arabfunny I ==
Little information is remembered about Arabfunny I, but here is what I could compile.
The first Arabfunny discord server was created by ()?, according to [[waves]] (former mod of Arabfunny I), the server was shutdown back in 2022 due to 2 reports, an archive of the server was created, but it is unknown if it was used to create Arabfunny II.

== Arabfunny II ==
Arabfunny II was the successor to the original server, created on (). [[Clash19]] would be the owner of the discord for a while but eventually passed it on to [[Sly]], who was one of the admins at the time. Sly would become a quasi-owner to the server (clash was still the owner but Sly was appointed the owner if that makes any sense). The server would grow to 800+ members before the events that followed.

=== April 8th 2024 ===
April 8th 2024 would mark the end of the server. According to sources<ref name=":0">names omitted for privacy</ref>, the events that had happened were due to ''"a threat made"'' to another server member<ref name=":0" />. These were very severe threats that could actually have gotten legal attention, which provoked clash19 to come and nuke everything. The server would then become divided amongst each other, and trials were held against the treasonous.

== Arabfunny III ==
Arabfunny III carries on the legacy to the original discords. It is somewhat official since its the only descendant of the original server, but unfortunately [[wikipedia:Judas_Iscariot|u/Wannabedankestmemer]] decided to replace the AF2 server invite on reddit with a "[https://trollface.dk/ troll link]" instead of linking to the new server.

Clash19 would step down as the owner of Arabfunny (discord), and [[Coronel9242]] would inherit Arabfunny. Clash19 has stated he does not want to be owner ever again.

Arabfunny III was shutdown and deleted after an incident of someone joining and mass reporting the server, after this a dark age for Arabfunny arose, where there was no new server and people were left without Arabfunny for months.

== Arabfunny IV ==

Arabfunny IV was started with [[Ruyevit]] was bored, and wanted a revival of Arabfunny. He created a groupchat named the "Arabfunny Committee", and tried to invite as many former Arabfunny members as he could find.

A new server was creator by [[Coronel9242]], but then he would later step down due to a very disturbing gore video sent by [[Dobry69]] in the "Arabfunny Committee" groupchat, giving ownership to [[Ruyevit]], who ever since then has been the regent of Arabfunny IV.

One of the Arabfunny II users - (([[hue_jhanus]])) - created a seperate server as ''the official'' Arabfunny III but it never gained as much traction as coronels server, mostly because he was seen as a traitor and blasphemer against the rest of the server members.
