On the same day he was banned from Irony Hub, he was banned from [[Whenthe]] for the same reason, and has since been banned from every major irony server he's been active in. Phantho himself claims that the "gallery of cub porn" mentioned in his ban log was actually 100 ''deleted'' images of furry porn, one of which being of Ralsei, a character from [[wikipedia:Deltarune|Deltarune]] who is speculated to be around 13 or 14 years of age. Supposedly, this made the admins think it was a gallery full of cub porn.

On April 23, 2023, a 6-2 mod vote on [[OkBuddyRetard|OkBuddyRetard 5]] resulted in him being banned just 21 hours after joining, for the reasons of being "obsessed with [[wikipedia:My_Little_Pony:_Friendship_Is_Magic|mlp]] to the point of pure degeneracy" and wanting to go to prom with a 14 year, 362 day old as a 17 year old who wouldn't be 18 for another 9 months.
His main account was disabled on July 6, 2023 due to “hate speech or something”.

On September 10, 2023, the “Javali Intelligence Agency”, mainly comprised of users from Importercord, attempted to dox Phantho and obtained a fake address. A few of their users joined Phantho’s server, Pony Irony, and began spamming it. In response, Phantho began deleting every channel on the server since all of the users were blocked and he could not see what was being sent. He then decided to simply delete the server entirely, and also left the FTA and other servers minutes later.

Phantho was demodded and banned from The Irony Hub on April 11th due to a Google Drive [https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1naEGSZ25WOlsZEgZYwwDQXTZi1xe6Ev0 folder] being released by a user after the [[The Diogo-Goomba Conflict of 4/11|drama earlier that day]] compiling screenshots proving he groomed a 13 year old at 17, associated with known pedophiles and cp traders, and admitting he is a zoophile.

Most of the information surrounding the background of this incident is unknown as most of the events took place in the mod chat. As a result of this incident, multiple mods temporarily were demoded or they resigned out of protest. The mod team after the April 11 Incident consisted of: Diogo, Juno, Goomba, Belle, Mehdi, Darth, and fanestachungas. This does not include the new Advisors.

The material that was posted depicted user [[Badovinci]] (Paun's alt) calling Diogo and Goomba out for exchanging photos, alleging that the exchange had been going on since Goomba was first given moderator status. According to this user, Goomba was a minor in the time that she was first modded. With the knowledge at the time, it seemed that there was irrefutable evidence that Diogo had in fact solicited semi-explicit images from a minor.

As one would expect, the population of the server went ballistic when this initial information was made public. Widespread accusation of pedophilia soon began to envelop the entirety of the general chat. Diogo soon after acknowledged the information, but to little effect as the malicious jokes continued. After #general continued to devolve into chaos, a 6-hour slowmode was implemented before a total lockdown was put in place. During this time, many began to fear that a nuke was imminent due to the lack of response from the moderation team and Diogo himself. Eventually, Diogo came forward and began to clear the air. His initial response was questionable; Diogo did not acknowledge the information regarding the explicit photos, and instead presented evidence that suggested that Paunic, the "whistleblower" in this instance, was a pedophile themselves.
