now dozens of users are trying to claim their spot as the successor to IH, while others just migrated to other server.
this will be known as the new year's server wars.

The first server that rose to prominence was Irony Hub Refuge. This server had exceeded 500 members before it was deleted three days later on December 31, 2021. The owner at the time, [[Roomba]], has had his account terminated by Discord themselves. He has appealed his ban and is awaiting a response..

It is generally believed that the now-infamous user [[Caskain]] is the main culprit of Irony Hub's demise. He made multiple arts to mass report the server and its owner. And, he was successful in getting the server deleted.

'''Caskain''' (known with the nickname "McFishy") is a user who got banned on Irony Hub after doxxing 17 members . He claims his name is pronounced "cus-kun" even though it is pronounced "cas-kin" ({{IPAc-en|'|k|æ|s|.|k|i|n}}) (he is retarded). He was promoted on June 8, 2019, 11 days before the anniversary of his original promotion. He is particularly notable for creating [[Ironytale]]

Caskain is the main culprit for the [[The Deletion of Irony Hub|deletion of Irony Hub]]. He took screenshots from both servers and sent them to discord with the help of Hor and Werp. As an additional fact, he is mentally ill. I hope he puts a gun to his forehead and blasts a bullet into his [[Wikipedia:Cranium|cranium]].

==Demotion==
It was announced on August 29, 2020, that Caskain would be demoted from Admin position once he returned to the server. Moe Lester released the following statement:

Things that led to this include, leaving the server every night, punishing for drama he starts, and toxicity and minor mod abuse. also the only reason that he had admin was because he got lucky during the [[August 20 nuke|nuke]] and made a gc with all the mods, which any other mod would've done had he not done it sooner.|[[Moe Lester]]}}

It was announced later that he would be stripped of his Mod too, however he did not return to the server and requested to be banned.

== Break ==
After leaving in the morning of August 29, 2020, Caskain had gone completely radio silent, until a resurgence in Dogelore around mid-September. Not much is known about his period in Dogelore aside from becoming extremely anti-Irony Hub.

With help from [[Candy]] removing his requested ban, he would return to Irony Hub on October 7, 2020 under the pseudonym "Squidward Quincy Tentacles#1738". After accidentally dm'ing [[Ducky 2]], his return would be fully publicized.
