This caused the whole server to be sanitized and put on lockdown for 2 days, causing users to become upset as rules on slurs and nsfw became stricter for a while to ensure the server's safety.

The winner of the contest was an icon featuring a high-res drawing of popular meme/circlejerk in the server at the time, Sillytime. The redraw was created by user LayLasagna and has been used as the server mascot ever since.

In the aftermath of the nuke, Irony Hub was in a weird state of calm once the server had been rebuilt. To the extent that one wouldn't even notice the server had been nuked until reading announcements. Everyone seemed to forget about all the previous drama and saw this as an opportunity to wipe the slate clean and rebuild a better server from the nuclear ash that was Irony Hub's remains.

What a way to start off a supposed "Golden age" lol. but trust me, apart from this, late August - November was the most peaceful time IH has ever had. On August 28th LTC brought up the old drama again on another server called "Federal Troll Agency" (or FTA), which caused the members of that server to attack the Irony Hub mods and the owner to hate Weezor over his handling of the situation back then. Many arguments on the FTA ensued while IH mods tried to defend themselves. LTC was later banned from the FTA for reasons i cannot state here which seemed to dissolve the situation.

Irony hub originally hit 2k before the dkaih nuke, but lost around 600 members afterwards. August 29 marks the day IH officially hit 2k.

It was announced on August 29, 2020, that Caskain would be demoted from Admin position once he returned to the server. Moe Lester released the following statement:

After leaving in the morning of August 29, 2020, Caskain had gone completely radio silent, until a resurgence in Dogelore around mid-September. Not much is known about his period in Dogelore aside from becoming extremely anti-Irony Hub.
